How long will it take?

We collaborate with trusted printing partners to create unique, personalised gifts perfect for any thoughtful occasion. Our sustainable print-on-demand model means each item is custom printed only after you place your order, reducing waste and ensuring fresh, high-quality products.

  • Locally Printed (Australia): 2-14 business days
  • Globally Printed: 2-4 weeks

Where are your products made?

We design everything in Victoria, Australia. Printing happens either in Australia or with our closest international partner depending on the item and your location.

Each product page shows the Estimated delivery and whether it’s Printed in Australia or by an international partner.

Why not print everything in Australia?

To keep quality high, avoid over-production, and ship efficiently, we sometimes print at the nearest partner facility. That means fewer miles, faster delivery, and a lighter footprint.

How are products made?

We use sustainable print-on-demand manufacturing, creating each personalised gift only after you order. This ensures freshness, reduces waste, and guarantees every item is uniquely crafted for your thoughtful gifting needs.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only.

How do I return?

We want you to be happy with every gift you give (or get!) If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, please let us know within 30 days, and we’ll sort it out for you with no stress.

If your parcel goes missing in transit, you’re covered too — just get in touch within 30 days of when it was meant to arrive.

Because everything we sell is made to order, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing, but we do our best to help you choose the right fit upfront with clear size charts and product details.

A couple of things to note:

– Returns go to our supplier and are donated to charity if not claimed after 30 days.
