If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please let us know within 30 days and we’ll sort it out quickly — no stress. We’ll either replace it or refund you, depending on the issue.

Because most of our products are made-to-order, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing. But we do our best to help you get it right the first time — with clear product details, fit guides, and helpful photos.

Returned items go directly back to our supplier. If they’re not claimed or replaced after 30 days, they’re donated to charity rather than sent to landfill. It’s just one small way we try to reduce waste and give back.
